The New Mother Ministry strives to be a resource for new mothers and the local community. We value life and support new beginnings for the unborn and their mothers through comprehensive services to get them on their feet living independently.
HOW WE SUPPORT NEW MOTHERS
The New Mother Ministry provides practical and spiritual services by offering guidance rooted in Christian teaching, opportunities for growth, and resources that strengthen both family life and their personal faith. New Mexico Christian Children's Home creates a nurturing community where women can share experiences and grow with encouragement as they navigate early motherhood. Our ministry equips mothers to care for their children through God's teachings, resilience and hope.
A Safe, Loving Environment
Escape homelessness or family crisis and sleep safely at night.
Connection to Christ
Develop or strenghten a connection to Christ while building a church home with other single mothers.
Physical Needs Fulfilled
Live in our fully furnished housing with many bills paid including internet, toiletries and household supplies.
Plan for the Future
Receive counseling and social services coordination while working on a goal-oriented plan for the future.
WHAT WE DO
Mothers receive housing, groceries and household supplies, mentoring, parenting education, and spiritual support. They have access to guidance on budgeting, nutrition, infant care, personal development, and spiritual grounding. We provide a quiet and peaceful environment where mothers can focus on bonding with their child, make wise decisions, and prepare for the future.

Expectant new mothers may contact us directly or complete the application. Our team responds with compassion and respect for each mother’s unique journey. Questions can be emailed to contact@nmcch.org or call 575-356-5372, where you will be transferred to the ministry team.

With your support, we are able to provide a safe, Christian-based home to over 150 youth, new mothers, single parents, and young adults in New Mexico.
Your donation allows us to meet essential needs, offer educational and counseling services, and maintain a nurturing environment. Your financial contribution directly strengthens our mission and expands the support to the growing number of youth and young adults that need it.
HOW TO GET INVOLVED
Every gift provides safety, nourishment, parenting resources, and essential items for both mothers and babies. Many moms arrive uncertain and overwhelmed, and because of generous hearts like yours, they leave with confidence and hope.
