Description:

The Ministry Worker reports to an assigned NMCCH Manager, providing general labor and routine business functions for the assigned ministry. Depending upon current NMCCH needs, this position may be full-time or part-time. Along with other assigned duties specific to the program and comply with manager directions. Workers with less than one year of experience will be classified as assistants. After at least one year of experience, workers can move up to the specialist position during evaluations. Workers are responsible for information and document storage, written correspondence, and verbal communications with NMCCH personnel and the public. The specialist can be given additional duties when working with the minister. If the worker is required to perform duties outside of normal business hours, the worker will also be required to live in NMCCH housing. 


Requirements:


Required

  • Strong interpersonal skills in person, in writing and on the phone
  • Competency with MS Office
  • Competency with Google web-based applications
  • Competency with cloud-based software application use
  • Ability to communicate and work well with others
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • High School Diploma or equivalent


Preferred

  • 2+ years of proven experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree


Additional Requirements as required under CYFD licensing

  • Proof of academic records
  • Successful completion of a national criminal records background check (to include fingerprinting)
  • The employee will be required to live in NMCCH housing
